Returns & Exchanges
Returns for store credit & exchanges will only be accepted for items within 14 days from delivery date / purchase in-store. Realism does not offer refunds. Online purchases can be returned in-store (and vice versa) with proof of purchase.
Online Returns:
Customers will be responsible for return postage costs
Products must be unused, unwashed with tags & packaging intact to be accepted for return / exchange
In-Store Returns:
Customers may choose to return / exchange at any Secret Sneaker Store location
Bring your item(s) and proof of purchase such as a receipt, email etc.
