Shipping estimates are therefore provided through the Australia Post or DHL website once the shipment has left our warehouse. ALL International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. By placing an order on our website, you agree that Realism is not responsible for any custom duties, fees or taxes incurred as a result of your purchase.
Custom inspections and import taxes are not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be before placing an order.
Where a custom duties, fees or taxes has been charged to you from your local authority as a result of your purchase, you must pay the amount to your local authority. Failure to do so means you forfeit your purchase and you will not be eligible for a refund.
