  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must arrive in perfect resalable condition - unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
  • Keep all shipment and tracking proof until your return is confirmed

IN-STORE RETURNS

  • Visit any SECRET SNEAKER STORE location with your item and proof of purchase
  • In order for your return / exchange to be accepted, items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags and packaging

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Exchanges are not available on already exchanged items
  • If your requested item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued
  • Realism does not accept returns on the following items: socks, hats and accessories for hygiene reasons
  • Items purchased online may be returned in-store (and vice versa) with proof of purchase
