Returns for store credit & exchanges will only be accepted for items within 14 days from delivery date / purchase in-store. Realism does not offer refunds. Online purchases can be returned in-store (and vice versa) with proof of purchase.

Online Returns:

• Customers will be responsible for return postage costs
• Products must be unused, unwashed with tags & packaging intact to be accepted for return / exchange

In-Store Returns:

• Customers may choose to return / exchange at any Secret Sneaker Store location
• Bring your item(s) and proof of purchase such as a receipt, email etc.
• Same conditions apply

Note: Socks, hats and accessories are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
