Returns for store credit and exchanges are accepted within 14 days. Please email us at online@realismclo.com to process store credit / exchange.

Online returns for store credit / exchanges: Customers will need to cover postage and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product arrives in our hands in perfect resaleable condition. Instore returns for store credit / exchanges: You can visit any one of our stockist Secret Sneaker Store with your item. The item must be in perfect resaleable condition. The item must be unused, unwashed with original tags attached and packaging. A receipt for proof of purchase is also required
